Your Next Career Opportunity – Intern, Site Development Services

The primary function of this position is to assist with various activities related to property research, carrier entitlement and jurisdictional permit and zoning restrictions.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties within the department.
  • Research property ownership and zoning information.
  • Determine Building Permit requirements.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

    • H.S. Diploma/GED College degree seeking student with major in Urban Development strongly preferred;
      • and <1 year relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and beginner proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
