Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement

Diversity is about all of us, our strengths, our differences and how we work in unity. Every team member matters and is essential to building our people focused organization. Our ownership mindset extends to accepting and respecting each other’s uniqueness, ideas, backgrounds and contributions. Our culture of equity empowers SBA to thrive and develop the relationships that connect people in meaningful ways across our enterprise, with our customers, business partners and communities.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is not a new concept at SBA. Over the past several years, we have been building on our commitment to excellence and core values, especially Integrity and People Focused, to develop a work environment of trust and belonging, in which everyone can achieve their full potential.

Named as one of Comparably’s Best Companies for Women and as well as their Top 25 Companies for Diversity, team members at SBA Communications have rated our culture for diversity and inclusion among the top 5% of companies in the United States. Now we are looking at different ways to further establish our commitment to equality and inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity and experience.

At SBA Communications, our vision is to be the expert connection in communications. And that is exactly why we need people like you. Our constantly-evolving business thrives on the innovative thinking that only people from a wide variety of perspectives and experiences can bring.

At SBA, our team members are our greatest asset. We appreciate and recognize the impact they have on the success of the company, our customers and the communities we serve. We work hard to make those around us succeed and we interact with each other in a positive and respectful manner.
